Carrier Relations Manager (SMS/Voice)
We are looking for experienced Account Managers with a proven track record of success in the telecom sector to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with partners and carriers on both buying and selling services. We are growing our team and have open positions for Carrier Relations Managers in both Voice and SMS business units.
Key responsibilities:
Managing relationships with existing partners, identifying their needs and selling SMS or Voice routes
Coordinating SMS or Voice traffic exchange with partners and internal teams
Building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships, enhancing loyalty to the company
Overseeing the entire sales process: from routing and pricing to monitoring SMS or Voice route quality
Attending international conferences to foster and grow partnerships
Implementing partner development strategies based on current market data
Sharing information with colleagues to achieve the company's business goals
Preparing performance reports on partner relationships
Keeping CRM records for assigned partners up to date
Collaborating with other departments to address legal, financial, and technical partner issues
Supporting new accounts in cooperation with BDM (Business Development Department team)
Participating in additional company projects
What we expect:
Proven experience working with major telecom operators or players in the SMS/Voice domain
In-depth knowledge of the telecom services market, especially SMS/Voice
Expertise with various sales techniques
Strong PC and office software skills
Teamwork skills and flexibility in approach
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strong time management and self-organisation skills
Proficiency in English
Will be a plus:
Knowledge of other foreign languages
